Idea IV: Playful Changemaking

Tackling the big questions of the world people tend to get very serious. Unfortunately this results in less innovation and – for many – in burn out. How can we support people in a playful approach, thinking of themselves as artists rather than burden carriers, and yet have high impact on society? How can we encourage them to embrace insecurity? For us a typical anchor of this topic is our learning partnership meeting in Italy. We were so productive and had so much fun, love and great time together. We would love to make this spirit accessible to other changemakers.
